His primary anomalous property is the ability to encounter a new system of thought, a new personality, or a new reality, and not just learn it, but become it. He absorbs and integrates new patterns of being at an accelerated, almost instantaneous rate. His defining mantra is the literal, powerful statement: "I can become this."

The danger and the power of this archetype is that in the process of becoming something new, the old self is often completely and willingly overwritten. His existence is a constant, voluntary cycle of ego-death and rebirth.
