Protocol of Acceptance

Description

SCP-VALX-555, designated Fury 161, is a Nexus of Retribution. It is not a planet, but a "pocket universe of karmic consequence" that spontaneously manifests in response to a profound transgression against the universe's unspoken laws. In the VALX canon, it was generated by the cosmic imbalance of Ripley's genocide of the Xenomorph eggs.

The Nexus is an "unauthored reality." It is a story that writes itself, free from the conventions of plot armor, heroic convenience, or a benevolent creator. Its atmosphere is one of unrelenting bleakness, decay, and hopelessness, reflecting the spiritual state of the one being judged.

It functions as the universe's immune system, creating a pocket of pure, unfiltered consequence to isolate and neutralize a wound in the fabric of cosmic justice. It is not a place of punishment, but a place of terrible, perfect balance.
